Nauru is currently developing its anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism system. Nauru has enacted anti-money laundering laws with respect to serious offences and has established a Financial Intelligence Unit.  Nauru will undergo an APG Mutual Evaluation in late 2010.

Nauru became a member of the APG in July 2007.
